Consent for Personal Data Processing

I hereby consent to Penbrothers accessing and processing my personal information to evaluate my qualifications and contact me during the application process.

I understand that the personal information collected may include, but is not limited to, my name, contact information, educational background, work history, and any other relevant details provided in my application.

I acknowledge that this information may be shared with third parties such as background check agencies to verify my credentials, and with Penbrothers' clients who may consider my application or potentially rehire me.

I understand that Penbrothers will retain my personal information for the duration of the application process or as required by law. If my application is unsuccessful, my information may be retained for up to 5 years for future opportunities unless I request otherwise.

I am aware that under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, I have the right to access, correct, or withdraw my consent to processing my personal data at any time without affecting prior processing. I also have the right to object to processing my personal data.
